z/Scope Anywhere

z/Scope Anywhere is a new Cybele Software's Solution for multi-host multi-site Terminal Emulation access. It lets you connect to AS/400, IBM Mainframes and Unix/SSH servers from anywhere, no matter you are on the road, in a hotel room or simply at home.
z/Scope Anywhere works as a combination of a Terminal Emulator Client, Private Gateways and a Public Service. It passes through firewalls, proxies and NAT routers without compromising the security of your net, using the standard outgoing secure http (443) port.
Whether you only need Terminal Emulation access z/Scope Anywhere is the real alternative to VPN or VNC; it is much more secure and efficient. It doesn't open listening ports and uses SSH/2 protocol with AES 128-bit encryption for all communications, double user authentication and access restricted to the configured destination servers.
How do I get started?

Download and install z/Scope Anywhere Client.

From z/Scope Anywhere tab, create a trial account.

Download and install z/Scope Anywhere Gateway on a PC with local access to the AS/400/ Mainframe or Unix server you want to connect to.

Configure the Gateway with the created account and configure the connections to your servers.

In your z/Scope Anywhere Client, login into the created account and connect to the desired server.
