License information

• Annual license for Thinfinity Remote Workspace Cloud. The number of Concurrent Users you select will determine how many users can connect to the Server at the same time. Need clarification? Contact us.
• The purchase price shown for each Concurrent User involves an annual license.
• Purchase license cost includes Standard Support. This general service we provide includes Technical Support by phone/email, Workspace Assistance, software updates, and version upgrades during the covered period. Read our License, and warranty terms. If you have other requirements, please contact us.
• Full details about the license and the conditions of use can be found in the End User License Agreement, which is issued with the software. You may request a copy of the standard software EULA via email to [email protected]

Order & Delivery

• Website orders are processed during our business hours: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. Right after placing your web order you will receive an email with your purchase confirmation. The license code required to unlock the evaluation copy will be delivered by email during the next 12-24hs.
