Web VPN basic troubleshooting

Web VPN will only work when Thinfinity is configured to use HTTPS and a valid certificate is in place.

This is how Thinfinity should be configured:



Your certificate should be configured
in the ‘Certificate’ field.

When you navigate to your Thinfinity URL,
you should see the following information in the URL bar:

It will not work if you are using HTTPS with an invalid certificate.

You can generate a free certificate with Let’s Encrypt, provided you own a domain.
