Web VPN basic troubleshooting

Web VPN will only work when Thinfinity is configured to use HTTPS and a valid certificate is in place.



Your certificate should be configured
in the ‘Certificate’ field.



When you navigate to your Thinfinity URL,
you should see the following information in the URL bar:



It will not work if you are using HTTPS with an invalid certificate.
