All our products can be downloaded from our website for a 30-Day trial. After the purchase, the customer receives a key to register the software.
We deliver the product activation key electronically within 24-48 after the payment or PO is received.
In case you experience a delay on your license delivery we suggest you to check your e-mail filters and review your junk e-mail folder. Should you experience an unusual delay on your license delivery, please Contact Us and provide us with your order reference number, your name, company name and a phone number to contact you.
Annual Licenses: We include Standard Maintenance Service for free on all the annual software license purchases. This service includes Technical Support by phone/email, Remote Desktop Assistance, software updates, and version upgrades during the covered period.
Permanent Licenses: ‘Thinfinity VirtualUI Developer License’, is sold on a permanent basis with Standard Service Support included for only one year after purchase. After the first year, the Support Service renewal will become optional, and customers can choose whether they want to renew this Service or not. Please note that any License without up-to-date Support will not be eligible for the Standard Support Support Services.
