All our products can be downloaded from our website for a 30-Day trial. After the purchase, the customer receives a key to register the software.
We deliver the product activation key electronically within 24-48 after the payment or PO is received.
In case you experience a delay on your license delivery we suggest you to check your e-mail filters and review your junk e-mail folder. Should you experience an unusual delay on your license delivery, please Contact Us and provide us with your order reference number, your name, company name and a phone number to contact you.
We waive the charge of the 1st year Maintenance Service fee on all software purchases. This service we provide includes Technical Support by phone/email, Remote Desktop Assistance, software updates, and version upgrades during the covered period.
The Maintenance Service fee after the first year will be 20% of the updated pricing list of the purchased item/s.
