Session Recording

As part of the PAM (Privileged Access Management) system, the Session Recording feature allows administrators to record all the actions a user performs while connected to an Access Profile.

Sessions are recorded in a lightweight format and stored for each user. Also, they will be available from any HTML5-enabled browser in the Recordings page of the Web Manager (Thinfinity® Workspace home page) only for the user with the appropriate permissions.

Session recording can be enabled for a specific Access Profile (from the associated Settings menu, Advanced tab). At the same time, users can be granted the right to view session recordings (Permissions tab in the Thinfinity Workspace Configuration Manager).
