Notifications Tab
The Notifications tab allows admins to manage how the platform sends system notifications about Resource Reservation activity via email, ensuring that both administrators and users stay informed.
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Host name | The address of the email server responsible for handling outgoing emails. (e.g.: smtp.xmail.com). |
| Port | Specifies which network port the mail server listens to for SMTP connections. |
| SSL/TLS | Enables or disables the use of SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) or TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocols for secure communication. |
| Credentials | Enter the credentials for the SMTP server. |
| Public URL | Insert the public URL where the connection takes place (e.g., https://74-xxx-98-xx.thinrdp.net:9443/). |
